Just when we where getting ready to shoot Michael and Michelle’s engagement session, a pretty bad storm started rolling into the Miami Beach area. Instead of rescheduling we took advantage of the situation, used flash equipment and shot some pretty dramatic looking images, which they absolutely loved. Stay tuned for more images of the couple…..

Gloria from venezuela and Oscar from Columbia met in a little restaurant in downtown Miami. Oscar was a little nervous when he showed up for his first day of work at the place, but the nervousness very quickly disappeared when he found out that Gloria was going to be his co-worker. Instant KABOOM on both sides! Now, a year later, we had the pleasure to photograph their engagement photo session. We choose locations and props that are just as diverse and colorful as our couple – graffiti, flowers, balloons….see for yourself:
Built by industrialist James Deering in the early 1900′s, Vizcaya is the closest you can get to a Venetian Pallazzo outside of Europe.

“A family member is an avid photo-enthusiast and offered to take our images”. “My uncle Bill just got a new camera and it takes great pictures”. ”My friend’s son shoots a lot for his school, he will photograph our wedding for free”.
We’ve heard these things before. While friends and family members certainly have the very best intentions, and are offering their services very cheap or even for free, this may not be you best choice.
